The purpose of the meeting was twofold. On the one hand to discuss list of claims and the decisions of the Winding-up Board and give the creditors their final opportunity to oppose these decisions. On the other hand the meeting was convened by the Moratorium Appointee of Icebank in accordance with Article 13 and 15 of Act No. 21/1991, in advance of the hearing at the District Court of Reykjavik on 15 December 2009.
